Shipping policy

We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners to ensure your traditional wear reaches you safely.

  • Standard Delivery Time:

    • Unstitched Orders: 3–7 working days after order confirmation.

    • Stitched Orders: 7–10 business days (due to the time required for quality tailoring).

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of PKR 250 applies to all orders nationwide.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all unstitched collections.

  • Stitched Item Policy (Advance Payment): For Stitched/Ready-to-Wear articles ordered via COD, a 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to process the order. This amount is non-refundable in the event that the customer refuses to accept the parcel upon delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece you order from Closet By SA. Please review our guidelines for a smooth shopping experience:

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Process: Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after a successful quality inspection.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email for an instant resolution.

  • Exclusions:

    • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

    • Stitched Articles: Because custom-stitched suits are made to specific measurements, they are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
